Kemarin baru saja gue dapat info baru mengenai masalah kerjaan. Setelah hampir sebulan stres karena kerjaan yang overload, akhirnya keluar juga official announcement kalau divisi gue bakalan merger dengan divisi baru di "distributor" dalam satu grup yang sama. Is it good or bad information? No one knows at this time. But frankly, I'm so afraid of this changing. I got bad feeling that my division will be totally different from now. Pasti akan ada banyak tekanan yang luar biasa untuk apa yang dinamakan result oriented. They will never accept words like : no can do, babe! Semua harus bisa dan harus selesai sesuai kemauan mereka.
The things I don't like about them is just because they were so bossy and didn't have empathy. How they talks, it's so obviously stated "your wish is my command" for me. Kalau mau berusaha memahami sih, gue ngerti karena mereka di push atas juga untuk terus meningkatkan omset. But it's such a bad culture for me. I love a good, friendly environment, and from what I see, it is not even close.Is that a comfort zone for me? I don't think so. But if I really-really need to moving out, I must prepared my skill better. It's not easy, but I have to try. Must works something for a better condition and situation day by day.
